The Nightingale
Today, me & my class watched a show called 'The Nightingale'. There was a girl that looked like she was listening to something. Suddenly, I spot a bird called a nightingale at a corner of the stage. After that, the little girl's father came. Then the nightingale started to sing(controlled by the person posing as the nightingale). The curious girl asked it why it kept singing different song but it flew away. Her father told her that people like to keep secrets and not to let the cat out of the bag. Her father told her to bring the fish he caught to the emperor. Inside the palace there were 3 servants and 2 prime minister. One was the Prime Minister Of Imperial Music and the other one was the Prime Minister Of errr........ ooops, I forgot!(Just represent him as PM) :P Then the emperor ordered the PM to read his mails. Then, one of the emperor's servant came in and said she saw a nightingale. The emperor was puzzled as he hardly know what was a nightingale. He then ordered the 2 PMs to find the nightingale by next morning or he will chop off their heads. The two PMs saw the girl and questioned her why did she trespass in the emperor's garden. She said she was going out but they asked her whether she know what is a nightingale and she replied that it is a bird, brown in colour and has feathers. She guided them along but they annoyed her, they misjudged a frog, duck and err........ I can't really recall the WHOLE story. Then finally they found the nightingale and caught it. The nightingale sang for the emperor and he put it in a golden cage. But one day the emperor felt depressed and told it to sing for him but the nightingale sang a hurtful song which made the emperor more depressed. The emperor then walked away. After a month, the PM bought a music box which has a nightingale on top. He liked it so much and ordered the REAL nightingale to compete with the musical box. The music box was spoiled after many days. The Nightingale Carrier wounded up the musical box and it played until......... It broke down. The emperor was so sad but PM called a mechanic from Japan, not a japanese, but he said it was kaplunkt already. The PM asked him whether he could un-kapunkt it but the mechanic replied it was TOTALLY kaplunkt which means it cannot be fixed again. Then The End came to taunt him but was rescued. The emperor then learnt an IMPORTANT lesson. We also learnt about 'Nightin to you' and 'Gale to you'.

Is it proper english or singlish?
Some people says that speaking singlish signifies an uneducated person while proper english signifies a proud person. In my opinion, I should speak proper english. In this way, people can understand what am I saying. If we speak singlish, my english exam marks would have gone down.

My trip to the science center
Yesterday, I went to the Science Center. On the bus my water bottle made my bag wet and I could not eat my bread as it was soaked through. We walked pass many exhibits. When we reached the Science Center's classroom, the teacher taught us the unseen world(e.g. micro-organisms). I saw a worm in the algae and the teacher showed us rotifers, more worms, spores and more. It was very fun though.

Today, there is a fight between me and my sister. I was racing her in water running when she ran up the stairs and on to the ground. Now it was easier for her to run and she ran all the way to the end. When she returned, my father told me not to be angry because she cheated.
Suddenly, I felt a splash and realised that it was my sister.I went closer and elbowed her.After that I went back to the conversation with my father and again, I felt another splash and this time I too, elbowed her but with another kick and my father was fed up so he sent us back home to study.
